I'm back from Vietnam! And a HAPPY 2013!
All the big feast I have everyday over in Vietnam certainly destroyed all the efforts done previously.
And BKK in 2 days with voices people! Excited max. But means more eating too!
2013 resolution! Lose those FATS! Hopefully I can hit 50 kg by March! That's 5 kg in 3 months. Time to watch the diet and move move move move move!
Well finally went to pass Cheryl her birthday present! Walked to her house, had a nice chat together and jogged back home! Nice workout after all the feasting :)
