Had a really healthy lunch today :) Yogurt, cereals, barley, raisins :)
Was really tired and took a nap on the car :)
Found a quite nice spot near Yong Siew Toh Conservatory to do my cardio, with a dead bird lying nearby. I got a shock when I realised that it was a dead bird > <

Today's insanity cardio is more relaxing, guess because those who follows the video everyday will feel so sore and tired after a week. But I have been interchanging between Insanity and swimming, but it definitely made me drip sweat after the workout though...

10 laps interchanging free style and breast stroke
Didn't really have that much time, and the sun was blazing on my back.
Becoming tanned after 4 sessions of swimming ><

Couldn't concentrate properly for all my 7-10 pm lectures. AHHHHHH...
