Lower back and calves aching from all the exercising this week!
Went to the gym with Edmund after my only 2 hr lecture today!
Don't really know what to do at gyms, so gotta ask someone to teach me. Haha.

Warm up with stationary bike of Resistance: 5
Duration: 20 min
Distance: 5.35 km

Squats with dumbbells 10 reps x 5 sets
Leg lifts 10 reps x 5 sets
Bench lunge with 4 kg dumbbells 10 reps x 5 sets
Machine leg squats 8 reps x 3 sets


Then had a basketball session with Edmund, Benjamin and Jeremy!
So long since I have played the sport... Yay so happy :)
But playing under the sun at 2 pm is crazy! Almost died of the heat :(
So me, Ed and Ben started playing ABC first while waiting for Jeremy.
Then had like a few games of 7 point games after Jeremy arrived.
Had fun running around :) But body is super tired.
Think we played ball for around 1 hr.

Lunch was a very healthy one, with 6 fruits! So awesome :))))
So I decided to have a good dinner at Astons, Lemon lime chicken!
But I forgot to remove the skin of the chicken :O

Went for Voices first official practice, by then I was really tired already.
Felt like I wasted a Friday night in school.
