Did Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit at home today!
So tiring! The continuous working out for 3 min blocks is killer.
Didn't push through as much as I wanted to, and took rather much breaks :/
But I feel refreshed after the workout :)
Mama's classmate came from TW and so we are going to bring them around for the next few days.
So after finishing my morning exercise, we went to the airport to meet them first before they took the travel agency's car to their first hotel, Siloso Beach Resort at Sentosa!
The travel agency is really very inefficient! I drove to the resort after meeting them and we had to wait 1 plus almost 2 hrs before they arrived!
Turned out the agency waited for passengers who took another airline, and had to drop them one by one at other hotels first! AND they dropped my guests at the road side for a 10 min walk to the hotel!
WHAT?! There is the hot sun and the guests are 3 generations, with big luggage!
Called up the agency to "complain" but the attitude from them is super bad too! Can't stand it...
Anyhow, walked around Sentosa for almost the whole afternoon. Couldn't find a proper place for dinner after finding out that Koufu had closed for renovations. Made do with McDonald!
BUT THAT'S BAD FOR ME! MY CHALLENGE! AHHHH
Ate prosperity beef burger (quite delicious actually) WITH FRIES! :( that's really the bad bad bad part. So no more Macs for the remaining 56 days eh.
Forsee more walking to be done for the next few days!
