Was really too tired to wake up and do cardio today. Wanted to do it at like 5pm, but the people who came to change the gate came really late. All the dust created made me wipe almost the whole living room clean, and vacuumed the floor. Not a very effective exercise :(
Had a late dinner and had riceballs! Seems like my regular diet is getting no where :(
Oh there's another problem, my arms feel fat now? There is a certain tone, but looking at the mirror my whole arm looks fat. Flabby triceps...
Wonder how Lisa-Marie gets her toned arms. In a dilemma whether to continue doing push ups or press ups. Maybe it will look good once I really slimmed down and those flabby fats are gone? SIGH~
Need some advice really. Or maybe I will just keep doing Bodyrock.tv for a longer period of time and see the results? Need someone to train me like some BMT phase.
