OH SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I'm 55kg now. There is really a big difference in the photos I have recorded in August. How did I come to this state! My cousin just commented on the photo I took yesterday that I really became fat. OMGOMGOMGOMG.

Ok I think I need to write down a goal list and checklist to do everyday.
21 days to form a habit and hopefully my body will revert to a good system all over.

GOAL: Be at 50 kg by March 2013 (if I can make it by Jan 2013 where band's bet ends, it would be a miracle)
1st checkpoint: 53 kg by 20th Dec 2012
Things to do till then:
1) Run every other day
2) Bodyrock on the days I don't run.
3) Eating only at designated timings, try to finish dinner before 6pm
4) Eat only what I need, healthy, low calorie food (NO SNACKING!)
5) Abstain from sweet stuffs like chocolate and desserts :(
6) Drink more water! Keep a distance from drinks.

I'm going to put this on my homepage and remind myself every single day!
