Running buddy is back! Today attempted to challenge 8 km. Terrain at Loyang Ave area is so difficult, up slopes and down slopes. My most tiring run, but I managed to keep running. Even though it may be slow, but we pushed on! :)
I shall not weigh in everyday for now. Seems like if I see my weight decrease, I will have the tendency to eat more for the day. But there is also the risk of weight increase as I don't monitor it. We shall see how it goes on 28th then!
