It was raining when I wanted to go for my swim, so I decided to go back to Bodyrock.tv. I shall work the latest ones now, the May 30 Challenges is going no where for me, always fail. It's quite late now and I have yet to do much revision for today, so I went for a simple leg workout today :)
I did the 5 min belly fat destroyer before setting out for the swim, but I did it again after bodyrocking :)
