Friends saying I look ok in my current weight, but to me, I'm not as fit as before. My face getting cubby, and with small eyes and braces now, totally look weird in photos.
Really wish to get to the result fast, but has to be the slow tough process to get permanent results :[
I wasn't exercising much and started the bad habit of snacking too much, and this is what you get when you lose control of things. Now I know why when you are stressed, eating becomes a way of making you feel better.
Well reading week is here, besides revisions, think will spend time doing cardio, running or swimming i guess. Now its 2 months left till the end of the bet and I have to lose 4kg. FIGHTING!
