Can't stand myself. Snacking like a pig totally. Didn't do my workouts either :( Feel like slapping myself.
Totally lazy and not doing much work for this week, and this last week of the semester went ZOOM, as I didn't have to go to school for lessons except a 9-10am tutorial tmr as I'm the presentation group :/ Such a chore to travel all the way to school. But anyway I still have to travel all the way to school for the Research Study next week. Although I'm paid like $10 for each trip, but travelling really kills me. Shall make the trip worth while by staying in school to study then.
Can't wait for Band's 天庭筵 this coming Saturday :) Having potluck and I'm anticipating all of Shermaine's goodies! Shall attempt to bring home some yummy stuffs to add to the mundane meals I'm having alone at home.
Will be rushing to Cheryl's 21st birthday party at night. I haven't seen the girl since school started man.
Well with all the indulgence for the week. I really need to quit snacking ASAP, and get my ass to exercising again. Aim to restart on Sunday again. It's reading week so I will have quite some time to spare, since I don't think I will mug alot :/ Shall get the pace of exercising back up again by maybe doing cardio on every other day and progress into everyday. It takes 21 days to form a habit, so mine will be forming a healthy eating habit!
