hihi everyone.... no time to blog for the past few weeks... anywae last thur 13-4-2006, was the four schools anual combined sports meet. the four schools include us DUNMAN HIGH, CHUNG CHENG (MAIN), NGEE ANN and TEMASEK. so i tink dhs did relatively well this yr, hope can be champions this yr.... last yr was chung cheng
first for the cheering competition we WON... yippeee din believe tat we could win lorz... and my onli event was long jump..... i had my high jump the previous friday 7-4-2006 and i got 2nd... zhi xin frm dhs got first and serene frm dhs tied wif me.... lol top 3 is dhs...
aniwae for long jump i got champion... yay haha.... but thn i almost got second because of my carelessness..... my record is 4.13m.... during tat jump i landed nicely but thn when i stood up, my left foot stepped backwards!!!! OMG!!!! thn the refree took that left foot's reading!!!! ARGGGG!!!!! if not, the actual reading could be abt 4.3 like that... but luckily.... chia wan ting frm dhs got 2nd... her record was 4.10m... see it was so damn close!!!
aniwae we had our class outing of 13 ppl last thur after the 4 schs combined sports meet. thus we decided to go jurong point... and guess wad? we walked very long to a bus stop and took 240 i think... hehe on the bus we took a lot of pictures... yippeee so fun lol...
when we reach jurong point i found out tat we nid not walk tat long to take 240...instead we could haf juz taken 79 where we walked past that bus stop...kkz so we walked in, after walking arnd and some of the girls went to the toilet, we went to fish and co. but we first stopped at the comic connections nearby.... there sebas bought something for kawai's belated bdae (aawwww soo nice). BUT fish and co was full!!!!! so we decided to go swensen....
kk so ppl ate baked rice at swensen... lastly we ate swensen "challenge" EARTHQUAKE!!!! woots picked the flavour and we waited.... so as soon as it came, ppl already wanted to eat, but we took a picture before destroying it... and thus everyone "fought"... i got ice cream on my hands [thx to audddrey] lol...thn we took the bill, we were amazed manz!!! the bill was $104!!! we forgot abt the gst and the service charge lar.... we had fun lar, but i had to take mrt frm boon lay to pasir ris and it was so "fun"... haha
kkz on good friday got dhs anual band concert... " rhythm XX" i tink it is not tat nice as i expected... my mother went wif me... she saed if there is still ticket to buy, she would go to concert wif me, if not she would go to takashimaya... so in the end she she bought a ticket...
after the concert, she saed tat the concert was not nice!!! onli after the interval where the alumni band played, it was better. she sae nxt time she would juz buy concert tickets played buy the professional...
