Really rest, burnt out from yesterday and auntie's asked me to go have supper with them. Turned out to drink a little with them, and I toppled one bottle over an auntie. Clumsy me as always. Hai.

Time to catch up on work. Have been watching KO One Returns. HAHAHAH.

Tiring as usual.


Today is an ultra tiring day. After cardio, went to cut my hair. But the hairstylist says that if I intend to leave it long, I can't do much, except rebond. Refuse to do that. Hehe.

Photoshoot for Emerge programme booklet today :)
Went in feeling abit tired, not really in the mood for anything recently.
3 sets of outfits for me, dance, P&M and band.
It was rather smooth process poses, especially P&M :)
Hopefully I can get to keep some of the photos, wanted to join comm's last shoot, cause I feel much bonded to them throughout the last year of Uni. Especially after Thailand trip. Also being as old as them.

Rushed to dance studio, stuck in the jam due to the suddenly heavy downpour.
Then rushed to CC to help out for Teacher Kelly's event. Help aunties take photos hahaha. But the event was rather successful, but I totally worn out.

DANCE PRACTICES! :) for 3 hours straight
It is fun to learn the 撐腰 and So Long dances, although tiring and in shock for So Long. Haha. But I love the dance break parts as it is the style I like :)

Went back to school for voices and had Shermaine's home made cheesecake for brunch, which by then I was starving like crazzzzzzy. My indulging meal for the week :)

In the end there was nothing much to do at practice so I went off early with Nicole (who went for the field trip all the way at the West, which I didn't go as I had dance practice heh ). Had a nice chat, from travel to work to mahjong HAHA. Anticipating our trip in July which will be my graduation trip :)

Yup, time to get serious! And it's recess week! Though much time will be burned off for Voices practice cause of Emerge! Need to catch up with work this week too. Have been skipping to many classes. Hehe.

Today was really a rough start. Think the one plus week of break from exercising made me realise how unfit I was. There was a point where my heart rate was so high that I was really fighting hard for breath. Hopefully my stamina gets back :)

Wasn't having a good mood, pulled myself to swim before voices started. There were too many ppl and I became hungry so I came out after a while.

Wondering if I can pay it back by doing 2 cardio tmr, but I'm short of time also.

Haha went back to my car after morning class to take a nap, in the end overslept for mini run and cardio :/
Went swimming in the afternoon :)

Skipped night class! Too tiring.

There is an urge to just not study at all. HAD TOO MUCH FUN FOR ALL MY TRAVELLING TRIPS!
Haven't found my song for Starbuck's gig, not to mention my deteriorating piano skills. RAHHHHHHHHH
But my priorities now is getting back into fit shape and catch up with lectures. Think after catching up with lectures then I would have more time for singing and piano :/

Didn't manage to finish my 30 days challenge on the last week of the challenge :/
Haha but having to go back Taiwan for CNY was awesome :)
Although it was a little cold, but had a great time with all the cousins and all the wonderful food. Hehe.
And so I gained back that 1 kg I lost previously, time to get onto another challenge :)
60 days challenge here we go!
In preparation for Emerge concert and for all the graduation trips :)))

Plus, studying really makes me source for food badly, I think its the 5 meals day again with all the proper and improper food, exceeding the 1200 calories today T.T

After several weeks of hiatus, finally started running again!
Good thing the weather was awesome! A little gloomy and some wind :)
After 2 weeks of consecutive exercising, I'm feeling Stronger, Better and Faster :D

Actually losing only 1 kg after 2 weeks seems a little too slow. Haha must be not having a healthy enough diet :/

Hmm, still feels very tired doing this, felt as if I pushed, but somehow not as tired as I imagined I would be.
Come on! 40+ days to go!

Played basketball after cardio for around an hour, but it was super mild, just shooting some hoops.
Wonder why during competitions I can never shoot as well :/

Skipped my lessons today except Vietnamese tutorial -.-
